Learnworlds Pricing Plans [2021]
Learnworlds comes with a range of different pricing plans. The options available suit people starting from beginner course creators to those who want to run a full-fledged school on their own. The options suit all. But they don’t make the features and limitations on their plans easy for all to see.
We are going to see what Learnworld’s pricing plans are. The starter plan is priced at $24 per month, the pro trainer plan at $79 per month, the learning center plan at $249 per month. With each new level you go up to you get more tools you can start using.
I am going to talk about different pricing plans that Learnworlds offers. The pro trainer plan is the best value on money.
You’re going to see next which features each plan has and you’re going to be in a better position to see which one of these is going to be the most apt for you.
Features in Learnwords pricing plans
There are both standard features as well as built-in tools you’re going to get from Learnworlds. Regardless of the pricing plan you’re choosing Learnworlds has some standard features you’re going to get.
All plans let you create an unlimited number of courses.
You can also enroll an unlimited number of students as well.
There’s also no limit on the number of videos in terms of storage or the bandwidth you’re running.
1. Page Builder
On any pricing plan you’re going to get both branding and the theme editor.
The page builder offers 400 templates to choose from and you can use them to customize fonts and other details.
- Growth Tools
Learnworlds plans will help you grow your site with the help of a service called lead pages. All Learnworlds plans will help with growing your audience by providing lead pages, an automated newspaper, and conversion tracking. You can use bundles, upsells, and coupons to further grow your sales.
3. Testing Features
A powerful assessment engine allows you to offer quizzes, exams, and assignments no matter what plan you’re on as well.
4. Social Network
Lastly, all plans will let you take advantage of Learnworlds’ built-in social network. In my opinion, this is really one of the features that really sets the platform apart, so I’m glad that it’s available on all plans.
You can use this community to create group learning and networking between your students.

Learnworlds Starter Plan
The Starter plan is quite affordable at only $24 per month. However, one downside is that you’ll also be charged an additional flat $5 fee per course sale when at this plan level.
That can quickly add up, and if you’re selling a dozen or more courses per month, it’s more cost-effective to upgrade to the next plan.
But when you’re just getting started, this plan can be everything that you need as a newbie course creator.
You get one admin account and a custom domain. Plus you can offer an unlimited number of paid courses.
One limitation of the Starter plan is in terms of the page builder. You’re only able to create a home page, course catalog, and after login page.
One limitation of the Starter plan is in terms of the page builder. You’re only able to create a home page, course catalog, and after login page.
You can’t unlock the complete website builder with blog without upgrading to the next plan.
You’ll get access to some (but not all) of the third-party integrations that Learnworlds offers.
Some basic integrations you’ll get access to on the Starter plan include Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, SumoMe, ZenDesk, Olark, Tawk to, Freshdesk Chat, Mailchimp, and Fomo.
Learnworlds Pro Trainer Plan
This plan costs $79 per month. However, it also removes all transaction fees on your course sales that would be charged on the Starter plan. So the higher monthly price can quickly pay for itself.
On the Pro Trainer plan you’re able to have up to 5 admin or instructor accounts, so you can give access to the back-end and allow others to help work on your courses.
At this level you can create an unlimited number of landing pages, and you can now have an unlimited number of courses (including free ones.)
Your options in terms of pricing and what you can offer customers expands a lot as well.
You can now create memberships and subscriptions, as well as take installments instead of just one-time payments. Plus the checkout page is customizable.
Additional premium integrations are locked, including third-party apps like Zapier, Referral Candy, Refersion, Hubspot, Intercom, and Mixpanel.
This plan lets you create question banks for your quizzes and exams, and also allows you to offer a custom certificate for students upon course completion.
In terms of customer service, on the Pro plan you get 24/7 priority email support, instead of the 24/5 email support that the Starter plan offers. You’ll also receive an onboarding call to help you get set up.
Is The Pro Trainer Plan The Best Choice?
On the Learnworlds website, they state that their most expensive plan is their most popular one. However, I feel like the Pro Trainer plan is the most likely to give you the best value for money.
For most online course sellers, I think the Starter plan will be too restrictive. Features like quizzes and affiliate management are core to having a successful online course in my opinion.
However, you might not need the full extent of the Learning Center plan’s options that I will outline below. So I think the Pro Trainer plan is right in the sweet spot for most course creators.
Learnworlds Learning Center Plan
This plan really takes things to the next level, and will basically enable you to create your own entire online school. That comes with a higher price tag though, and it will cost you $249 per month.
The Learning Center plan increases the number of admins or instructors that you can have to 20.
It unlocks access to advanced affiliate management features.
In terms of integrations, on the Learning Center plan you can use API and webhooks to integrate pretty much anything you may need.
One feature that is only available starting at the Learning Center plan that I wish was included on the Pro Trainer plan is full white-label options.
I feel like it shouldn’t take until the $249 per month pricing tier before you’re able to remove Learnworlds branding from your school.
But perhaps the biggest thing that the Learning Center pricing plan adds for me is interactive video feature. With the interactive video option, extract full transcripts from any videos with the click of a button.
In addition, add hotspots, questions, titles as well as images and more things inside the video right from Learnworlds.
This isn’t just a great way to boost student engagement and make your videos more accessible to navigate.
But it can potentially also save you a ton of time when it comes to time-consuming editing and video post-production.
High Volume & Corporate Plans
For the very largest of online course sellers and corporate customers, Learnworlds does have other pricing available. However, to get specifics you’ll need to contact them and book a demo. The demo will help you cycle through all available tools and find out what you need. A few extra features on the plans are custom enrollments, branded corporate academy as well as custom reports.
There are also premium support options available, including a dedicated account manager. More flexible invoicing options may also be available.
Conclusion
Learnworlds isn’t the easiest platform when it comes to comparing the different plans that they have available.
On the one hand, it’s pretty intuitive that the Starter plan is good if you’re just getting started, the Pro Trainer plan is their most popular plan for established sellers, and the Learning Center plan is great for creating online schools.
However, there’s more to it than that.
There are some limits on each plan that can be harder to find details on. Like how many landing pages you can make, or what page builder features will be available at each pricing tier.
But after reading this article, you hopefully have a better idea of what pricing plans Learnworlds has available, and which one may best suit your business needs.
