To keep people in your list, starting by creating two lists. The first one is the master list where all contacts are stored as tasks. Each of the items in the list is given descriptions stating nature of relationship to master user and their relevance to the industry.

The list of custom statuses instead of tasks and due dates. The user is reminded of what he needs to do be reconnect with the contacts.

Think of any kind of collection that can be tallied under a list. This is possible for a wide variety of things, say the best list of laundromats in the city. Or restaurants. Or a list of chicken recipes, songs etc. You can club it under thai, asian, or western cuisine.

Create tasks for all restaurants that fall under this list.

The Cons or Disadvantages of Clickup

There are plenty of features to the point where you may be asking yourself as to what’s the point of having so many features. During setup itself you start seeing all of them. THe learning curve can be a bit too high andyou may find yourself asking how to use all these features.

There are also too many customization options.

THe disadvantage is if you want the tool to perform as you like you need to customize in a lot of things. That will result in optimal running. You cannot simply choose between done or not done.

The calendar is not intuitive meaning you need to click a lot of butotns to get a simple thing done. The UOI also needs to be improved.

The colors are faint and text size miniscule.

Tasks cannot be sent directly to gmail filters either. That’s one reason Clikup developers are working hard on. You can send tasks from Gmail filters to clickup directly by using a third party device.

The Pros or Advantages of Clickup

With all the problems that I mention there are also several things you are going to like about the tool.

The tool is great for both small teams, large teams and individual users. Project management is not just for team users. It’s easy to get started planning events or create lists. The 2.0 erosion has a much better UO. THe integration save time too. Clickup’s dashboard makes it seamless to move from task list to calendar board. The software can shift views at a quick base

The free version is less powerful and sometimes lack features. This is not true for click up because it sup[prts all the feature normally found in paid versions of other software. There are email notifications, android os app integrations, file attachments and other such features.

It is also customer centric adding features that customers want most.

value-add products based on what their customers need.

As you saw above, using the app means you get lot of time on your hands. Analysis by Clickup reveals that the time saved means you get 52 days back to you each year.

Clickup is a completely web based tool so you don’t need particular hardware to run it.
